Accounting Intern – Cost Accounting & ERP Reporting

3D Plastics is a trusted plastic injection molding company serving a variety of industries with precision, quality, and innovation. We are nearing completion of a new ERP system rollout and are seeking a motivated Accounting Intern with an interest in cost accounting with Crystal Reports experience preferred to help us maximize the system’s value and strengthen our financial reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in cost accounting processes during and after ERP implementation.
- Help develop and customize reports using Crystal Reports.
- Support analysis of production costs, variances, and profitability.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve cost visibility.
- Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and consistency in the ERP system.
- Gain exposure to real-world accounting in a manufacturing environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Interest or coursework in cost accounting (manufacturing exposure a plus).
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports and/or ERP systems (training provided as needed).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
